We support people with a variety of mental health conditions, using cutting-edge technology such as virtual reality, providing both face-to-face or remote assessments.
We also provide expertise in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of people with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as ADHD and Autism.

At Insight Mental Health we are able to support people with Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Our ADHD clinic offers online or face to face ADHD assessments and treatment, provided by our highly qualified Consultant Psychiatrists.
We are currently accepting patients for our ADHD clinic.
Autism Clinic
Insight Mental Health provide Autism Assessment, Diagnosis and Treatment with Online Clinics or in person in Reading, Basingstoke and the surrounding area. We are also experienced in the diagnosis of Autism in people who have Learning Disabilities. Read more about our autism clinics or get in touch with our team to book an appointment.

Virtual Reality Clinic
Insight Mental Health is proud to offer treatment for several mental health conditions in our Virtual Reality Clinic. VR therapy is a new technology that offers a different therapy approach for people suffering from anxiety, PTSD, OCD, anger management, addictions, phobias, or for relaxation and stress management (mindfulness meditation, body relaxation, virtual travelling).
We are currently accepting patients for our VR clinic.
